When was the last time you engaged meaningfully in a hobby on a genuine regular basis?

Perhaps daily? Weekly? Monthly?

Now, please don’t include fundamental bodily exercise for the function of heart health/punishment in this list if you do not actually enjoy it but know you just have to do it. Only include things you go and invest your time, energy and self into if it makes you feel fulfilled and alive and in love with life.

A hobby.

My answer:
I would be lost without my weekly pilates class. Broken and lost.
But that my friends is it.

As the child of a habitually obsessed golfer who grew up to be married to a habitually obsessed golfer, all sports consumer, I have lived a life of observing what it means to exist with a hobby but have failed to materialise one for myself. I have also witnessed
